The Capital District Planners Association is hosting the 2009 Annual Conference of the New York Upstate Chapter of the American Planning Association on September 30 to October 2 at the Crowne Plaza in Albany, New York.
This year's conference has been scheduled to coincide with the Quadricentennial Celebration in Albany. Over eighteen technical sessions will include an examination of historic preservation, sustainability and technology. We have developed an exciting line-up of speakers, sessions and networking events. In addition, we have arranged walking tours of historic downtown Albany.
New this year is a website devoted solely to the Upstate Chapter conference.
