In these tough economic times, the organizers of this year's conference worked hard to keep the registration fee at the same level as last year's conference. To get the best price we urge you to register as soon as possible - the longer you wait, the more expensive it is. Below you will find instructions for registering by mail with a check, by mail with a purchase order or on-line.

Mail registration has closed. You may register online or bring your purchase order to the conference.

Speaker Policy: Speakers must register for the conference unless they only plan to speak on their panel and not take advantage of other conference sessions or events.
